The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.apropacultura.cat\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">online platform <em>Apropa Cultura<\/em><\/a>\u00a0 includes the programming of the 55 participating facilities &#8211; theatres, auditoriums, festivals and museums, and also allows people to make bookings for the shows, visits or workshops.\u00a0 By forming part we would extend in this way the types of entities we could reach.<\/p>\n<p>The incorporation meant that during the 2013-2014 course, the attendance and the diversity of the groups multiplied, compared with previous years.\u00a0 75% were centres that hadn\u2019t come before, and the number of beneficiaries was doubled. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.apropacultura.cat\/exposicionsCerca.aspx?=idPoblacio&amp;idEquipament=55&amp;tematica=0&amp;tipusVisita=0&amp;horari=&amp;paraula=&amp;pagina=0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Within the platform <em>Apropa Cultura<\/em> the museum offers<\/a> \u00a0the modalities of the participative activity, commented visit or free visit for collectives with functional diversity or cognitive impairment, for the elderly or for immigrants, amongst others.<\/p>\n<p>These results, in terms of figures, are significant enough and that\u2019s why we shouldn\u2019t forget about the need to also think about the sustainability of the model by means of the types of fees \u2013 from free of charge, that we started with, to the current reduced fees (all of the programming is offered at prices of between \u20ac0 and \u20ac3 per person).\u00a0 And always taking into account the premise of the ideology of the programme\u00a0<em>Apropa:<\/em> the value of the culture in all its senses.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.museunacional.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/horaris-i-preus-5.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-5131\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.museunacional.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/horaris-i-preus-5.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"427\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.museunacional.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/horaris-i-preus-5.jpg 480w, https:\/\/blog.museunacional.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/horaris-i-preus-5-281x300.jpg 281w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Other aspects that have led to the participation of the museum in the programme <em>Apropa Cultura<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>First of all, from an outward looking perspective, <strong>it has reinforced the networking between facilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>training sessions aimed at the staff which deal with the public so that they learn and agree how to make the experience of the users as satisfactory as possible<\/li>\n<li>training course about different artistic languages aimed at educators in social centres (plastic and visual arts, performing arts etc.) so as to provide them with resources which are applicable in their day-to-day work<\/li>\n<li>presentation sessions regarding the programming to the entities of the social sector<\/li>\n<li>participative sessions of communication work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<table style=\"height: 238px;\" border=\"0\" width=\"620\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"border: hidden;\" valign=\"top\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.museunacional.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/sessio-formativa-Educa-am-l-art.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-5150\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.museunacional.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/sessio-formativa-Educa-am-l-art.jpg\" alt=\"sessio formativa Educa am l art\" width=\"310\" height=\"233\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.museunacional.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/sessio-formativa-Educa-am-l-art.jpg 600w, https:\/\/blog.museunacional.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/sessio-formativa-Educa-am-l-art-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 310px) 100vw, 310px\" \/><\/a><\/td>\n<td style=\"border: hidden;\" valign=\"top\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.museunacional.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/sessio-davaluacio.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-5151\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.museunacional.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/sessio-davaluacio.jpg\" alt=\"sessio d'avaluacio\" width=\"310\" height=\"233\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.museunacional.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/sessio-davaluacio.jpg 600w, https:\/\/blog.museunacional.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/sessio-davaluacio-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 310px) 100vw, 310px\" \/><\/a><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>Secondly, from a more internal perspective, it has served as a way of bonding between the departments.\u00a0 From the moment it was proposed to us to participate, <strong>the museum team, by definition interdisciplinary, has worked, and continues to work in a more united way, closer<\/strong>, if I may say: the department of education elaborating and reviewing contents and methodologies so that the educators-guides can put them into practice by working alongside the social educators; the departments of communication and press for spreading them and carrying out the diffusion; the department of marketing by keeping their ears to ground so as to catch the external and internal needs with the aim of ensuring that everything runs smoothly and is measurable and can be evaluated; the people in charge of the management of audiences by dealing with the bookings and making the hospitality a basic ingredient for the experience of the groups.\u00a0 And, of course, everything boosted by the management department and accompanied by the director of the museum, given that the social mission of the museum is an unquestionable <a href=\"https:\/\/www.museunacional.cat\/en\/mission-and-strategy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">strategic axis<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.museunacional.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/prpearatius-sala-apropa1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-5126\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.museunacional.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/prpearatius-sala-apropa.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"620\" height=\"349\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.museunacional.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/prpearatius-sala-apropa.jpg 640w, https:\/\/blog.museunacional.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/prpearatius-sala-apropa-300x168.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 620px) 100vw, 620px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The 1st <em>Apropa Cultura <\/em>Week, held between 26th October and 1st November had the aim of providing visibility to the task of the social entities and spreading the campaign of awareness-building with the aim of the society becoming aware of the importance of making culture accessible to the most vulnerable people.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.museunacional.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/Roda-premsa-Apropa_Grup.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-5127\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.museunacional.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/Roda-premsa-Apropa_Grup.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"620\" height=\"349\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.museunacional.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/Roda-premsa-Apropa_Grup.jpg 640w, https:\/\/blog.museunacional.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/Roda-premsa-Apropa_Grup-300x168.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 620px) 100vw, 620px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>And to sum up, I would dare to say that all of this has been quite easy, not only because we believe in it and because the museum has been working along these lines for some time, but because the team of the Auditorium, with S\u00f2nia Gainza heading it, has given the project the maximum professionalism and emotion.
