AN ACCESSIBLE MUSEUM<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Museu Nacional d\u2019Art de Catalunya is working to\nimprove physical, intellectual, sensory and digital access for everybody.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The museum\u2019s objective is to guarantee equal access\nto culture, and to make it easy for every social group to take part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is stated in the Museu Nacional d\u2019Art de Catalunya\u2019s Strategy and Action Plan 2019 – 2022<\/a>. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

WHAT IS EASY-TO-READ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The aim of Easy-to-Read is to adapt texts to make\nit easier for persons with reading difficulties to understand what they read.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Easy-to-Read follows the\ninternational guidelines of the IFLA\n(International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions) and of Inclusion Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

HOW DO WE KNOW THAT TEXTS ARE EASY-TO-READ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We can identify them with\ndifferent logos that tell us the texts have been adapted and\/or revised by Easy-to-Read\nexperts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
