Network as much as you can. Learn from the best.<\/p>\n<p>Be in <strong>training mode<\/strong> all the time.<\/p>\n<p>Inside the museum, open your eyes to see what your <strong>colleagues<\/strong> are doing\/ may need\/ may wish.<\/p>\n<p>Above all, open your eyes to see what <strong>visitors<\/strong> are doing inside your museum and on your digital platforms, what are their expectations, needs, frustrations, achievements. Observe, study, analyze your <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.museunacional.cat\/en\/visitor-journey-mapping-walking-in-our-visitors-shoes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">visitors\u2019 journey<\/a>, detect the gaps, operate necessary improvements.<\/p>\n<p>Data are a precious raw material. They needs to be interpreted, studied, shared and taken into account when making decisions. As I often say, data collected with public money must be made available to the public. To free data means collective enrichment.
