For positive progress in organisations, generating fast change signifies <strong>a well thought out strategy<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The good karma of 2.0: <strong>the more you share the more you grow<\/strong> (applicable to people and to organizations)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An organisation that shares is an organisation that multiplies its knowledge (and its CSR, its SEO, its ROI and all the acronyms!)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic guide for <strong>non-innovation<\/strong>:<strong><br \/><\/strong>&#8211; don\u2019t become visitor-centred: people don\u2019t really know what they want. You better decide for them.<br \/>&#8211; keep always doing the same things in exactly the same way<br \/>&#8211; don\u2019t take risks, despise experimentation, go for what\u2019s a sure win<br \/>&#8211; break off informal channels of inner communication (it\u2019s just a waste of time)<br \/>&#8211; cut any attempt of expressing a different view or a criticism<br \/>&#8211; cut off expenses in training (who needs it when we know our job so well)<br \/>&#8211; going digital? what for? continue innovating in the different aspects of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.museunacional.cat\/en\/mission\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">strategic deployment<\/a> and in a special way in the following four areas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>collection<\/strong>: we will extend throughout the museum the new way of presenting the collection with a contextual and multi-disciplinary museography and not simply lineal, as we have already done with the new presentations of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.museunacional.cat\/en\/new-display-modern-art\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Modern Art<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.museunacional.cat\/en\/new-display-renaissance-and-baroque\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener aimed at the community and leading to co-creation<\/li><li><strong>digital<\/strong>: we will intensify the use of digital technology as a vehicle for mediation and for enriching the visitor experience.&nbsp; We will progressively apply, among others, interactive elements, virtual reality, immersive mixed reality, digital storytelling, and gamafication.
